Use the waste glass for the synthesis of geopolymer-zeolite composites

The study investigates the properties of alkali-activated binders with waste glass (WG) under hydrothermal treatment. WG was dosed in 0-30 wt.% and used as a substitute for raw materials. Solid precursors were mixed sodium water glass. prepared specimens cured ambient conditions (20°C RH 98%) (105°C 150°C). effect treatment on physical mechanical after 2, 7, 28, 56, 90 180 days monitored. Prepared hybrid zeolite-geopolymer materials characterised by X-ray diffraction analysis, SEM, MIP. It confirmed that replacing up to 20 did not deteriorate long-term conditions. positive curing manifested, especially at temperature 150°C, when used.
